Policies
Tuition is charged monthly, is per student, and adjusted according to the number of classes for which a student is registered.
Payment is due at the beginning of each month. A late fee of 10.00 will be charged if payment is made after the 5th of the month. Monthly installments due not vary regardless of holiday closure or months in which 5 lessons are offered.
Unpaid students will not be admitted into class. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, between dancers, and not credited due to missed or dropped classes. If the class is cancelled by Spotlight Dance Arts, this class will be made up.
If a student wishes to discontinue classes, we must be given 1 month notice. This will prevent you from being billed via auto debit and enable us to keep our records straight. We will assume you are discontinuing if you are absent twice in a row and have not called or paid tuition.
